AVR is delighted to announce that it has been awarded a prestigious three-year contract to provide a Mobile Device Management (MDM) managed service contract for Volkswagen UK.
This contract continues and develops the work initially begun by AVR in 2011, when the company was commissioned to manage the deployment of iPads to the Volkswagen UK showroom sales team and create a flexible, engaging customer experience, giving customers access to design, sales and marketing content from across the showroom floor. AVR now manages over 4,000 iPad devices across the Volkswagen Group Retailer Network within over 200 UK retail locations for sales, after sales and commercial vehicles.
In addition, AVR provides a complete managed service and ongoing technical support through its dedicated, in-house Mobility Service Desk and advanced replacement service.
