AVR International Ltd is a fast growing IT security, WAN acceleration & Services company formed during October 02 with a forecasted turnover of £4 million for 07/08.
We are looking for a number of sales people to join our young & lively team, our sales positions are not restricted to that of internal or external but are based on the abilities of the potential candidate.

AVR Internal & Field Sales Representatives

AVR are looking to recruit a number of dynamic internal/external sales representatives to prospect, qualify, and sell our range of security products to the SMB & corporate markets. The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong desire to succeed, possess a "hunter" sales mentality, and be comfortable calling at director level.

Job Requirements:

The candidate must have demonstrated expertise developing and closing new security software business with customers in a variety of vertical industries as well as various managerial levels within those organizations. Must have a demonstrable track record of successfully cold-calling, closing new accounts, and routinely exceeding quota. The candidate must be self-motivated but also able to function within a team.

Responsibilities include:
Aggressively develop and qualify new business leads in target markets
Close new business, meeting revenue and new account quotas
Follow AVR’s sales methodology and sales process
Manage a large contact base, ensuring professional follow-up and nurturing of all customers

Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of successful experience as an inside sales representative for a security software   solutions company
Technically adept, with a good base knowledge of the security software industry
Strong ability to present business cases to senior executives both visually & verbally
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Superior listening skills
Highly organized and efficient work habits
Strong customer orientation; able to empathise and build rapport
Highly self motivated, possessing initiative, with a demonstrated track record of achieving and   surpassing goals

Salary packages:

The packages offered for AVR Sales Representatives are dependant on experience, gauged by the Tier models below. All tiers share the same commission structure outlined in the table below.

Tier 1 - Internal Account Manager = 16-20 Basic + Commission (OTE 40k Uncapped)

- Have 1-2 Years experience telephone selling within the IT industry
- Successful track record, doesn't have to necessarily be within the Anti Virus Industry.


Tier 2 - Corporate Account Manager = 21-25 Basic + Commission (OTE 65k Uncapped)

- Have 2-3 Years experience reselling corporate Anti Virus software for another reseller/vendor
- Successful track record.


Tier 3 - Corporate Acct Manager / Team Leader / Sales Manger = 26-30 Basic + Commission (OTE 90k Uncapped)

- Have 3+ Years experience reselling corporate Anti Virus software for another reseller or vendor
- Successful track record within Sales and Management.


Corporate Account Manager

The Role:
Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for a number of different level Account Managers to add to our highly successful team. This is an exiting opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding IT Security Company. Based in our office in Maidenhead, the candidate will be responsible for developing, building and managing relationships with existing accounts and generating new accounts in order to maximise revenue and margin to support the sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of existing opportunities to develop and close business.
• Generating proposals and quotes for licences led opportunities.
• Managing the bid process for consulting and licence sales proposals.
• Accurately forecasting opportunities for planning and targeting.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers.
• Monitoring the delivery of consulting business once won to ensure margins are maintained and clients   remain satisfied.
• Present proposals to clients and manages them through the client approval process.
• Achieve, and exceed, targets


Candidate:
• Must have proven expertise in generating new business from existing accounts.
• Must have a demonstrable track record of successfully generating, closing new business and routinely   exceeding targets.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Team player with a good sense of humour.
• Knowledge of IT security market is desirable but not essential.
• Target driven individual with ambitions to over achieve.

Telesales Representative

Salary:
£16,000 to £30,000 based upon your level of knowledge & experience, with an unrivalled and uncapped commission structure.

The Role:
We are looking for Sales Individuals to join our team as Telesales Executives to add to our highly successful team. You should be ambitious, results-oriented and target-driven and be able to demonstrate that you can deliver effectively within a growing team. This is an exiting opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding IT Security Company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generating proposals and quotes for licences led opportunities.
• Acquiring new business and maximising customer growth
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers.
• Achieve targets


Candidate:
• Experience in prospecting and cold calling is essential.
• Must have a demonstrable track record of successfully generating new business and routinely exceeding   targets.

• Knowledge of IT security market is desirable but not essential.

Sales Manager:

AVR International is an IT Security reseller with 2,500 clients in the UK ranging from 50 to 30,000 users and spread across the corporate and government sectors. We help our clients deal with the complexities involved in evaluating, purchasing, implementing, maintaining and upgrading various IT security solutions. Our expertise covers Anti Virus to Anti Spyware, Web Filtering to WAN optimisation and encryption to firewalls and managed services. AVR is part of Imago Group Plc which has a group turnover of 30 million and offices in Europe & China.

The Position

We are looking for a Sales Manager to run our lively, profitable and growing sales team. You will have at least 3 years experience working for an IT Security reseller within a Sales Management position. This is a new position created by growth thus allowing the MD to concentrate on other growth areas for the business. Due to our great work in China we increased our yearly profits by 200%.

As a Sales Manager, your key objective will be the day to day management of the Sales Team. Additionally your core responsibilities will include:

• Manage & refine the existing sales strategy.
• Exceed team quarterly GP targets.
• Recruitment & training of new sales people.
• Vendor relationship management.
• Responsibility for your own sales target.
• Accurate team forecasting.
• Increase sales of AVR’s technical services/consultancy.


It is anticipated that in order to be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

• 3+ years managing a successful growing Sales Team.
• Drive & ambition to exceed expectations.
• A good understanding of marketing and lead generation.
• Proven Account Management success with medium & large UK/multi-national organisations.
• Experience with sales targets, managing pipelines and planning to succeed.
• Natural leadership & mentoring qualities.
• A background or an interest in working with China from the UK.


In return you will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package to include:

• £45,000 Basic, OTE £90,000
