To help us achieve this, we are looking to recruit enthusiastic both experienced and trainee sales people who are hungry for success to join our already successful sales team.

About the role
This role involves managing a portfolio of existing accounts, sourcing of new clients and progression of opportunities through the whole sales cycle.
You will be expected to:
Hit and exceed your monthly targets.
Generate new business within new or existing accounts.
Negotiate prices and deals with customers and vendors to ensure max margin.
Produce quotations and proposals with assistance from the AVR sales support team.
Sell AVR technical services/consultancy as well as products from external vendors.
Maintain customer and supplier relationships.
Present to clients as and when necessary.
Attend regular product and sales training.
About you
You will be ambitious, assertive, decisive, results orientated, charismatic, optimistic & persuasive.
You will also:
Be a recent graduate.
Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Have drive & ambition.
Thrive on closing that sale!
Be comfortable holding business level conversations with decision makers.
Be methodical in your approach and possess a keen eye for detail.
Have a personable and friendly nature.
Have a fantastic telephone voice and be a good listener.
Be interested in learning about IT security solutions and how to sell them.
Be competitive and have a can do attitude!
What we can offer
A starting salary of £16K to £20K Basic - OTE £45K (uncapped).
Frequent opportunities to undertake training courses from bodies such as Dale Carnegie. The Chartered Institute of Marketing and Reed learning.

Progression which could see you working as part of the corporate account management team, servicing household name clients in the Corporate, Government and Educational sectors.
