LEVEL 1 – SERVICE DESK ENGINEER

Our Helpdesk Support Engineers are part of the Service Delivery Team and are responsible for providing helpdesk support to our customers. Our services consist of supporting software solutions in the field of Modern Workplace such as MobileIron (Ivanti) and operating systems such as Apple iOS and Android Enterprise.

The Support Engineer role will involve managing support calls and emails to completion either by resolving the problem or escalating it to the relevant party as well as provisioning and setting up mobile devices (phones and tablets).

APPRENTICE – DIGITAL MARKETER

This 16-month apprenticeship will give you the opportunity to work closely with our Marketing Manager as a part of the marketing team across campaigns with a heavy emphasis on digital.

If you love working with us and the apprenticeship shows us that you have what it takes to join the team we really hope that this experience will end with you being offered a permanent role within the business.

APPRENTICE ICT ENGINEER

This 16-month apprenticeship will give you the opportunity to undertake quarterly rotations across 3 of our technical delivery teams following the Intequal Apprenticeship Plus Microsoft option. The rotations will give you experience working across a number of technologies on customer projects from requirement discovery, solution design, deployment, testing and documentation through to in-life support.

You will also focus heavily on technical accreditation and learning around our product suite. If you love working with us and the apprenticeship shows us that you have what it takes to join the team we really hope that this experience will end with you being offered a permanent role within the business.
